The delivery time within Dhaka city is 2–5 working days, and outside Dhaka, it is 3–7 working days. For Nabanna’s own products, if the order value is above BDT 3,000, delivery within Dhaka city is free. For deliveries outside Dhaka city, the charge is BDT 100. Delivery charges may vary based on the weight of the parcel.

If an order is canceled after confirmation due to the product being out of stock, it will be handled according to our return and refund policy.
