Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel before dispatch. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation isn’t possible. Customers can still reject the order upon arrival.

Cancellation timeframes differ by product type. Orders can’t be canceled after the set time.

A cancellation fee might apply after the deadline. Check the product or order page for exact times. These details are final.

If a seller cancels due to issues, prepaid orders get full refunds.

Nabanna can accept or deny any cancellation. Nabanna can also change the cancellation windows or fees as needed.

Cancellation Policy - Hyperlocal

Orders you place on the Platform cannot be canceled or refunded through self-service for fast MINUTES delivery. However, you can request cancellation or a refund through a CX Agent if:

Your order was not delivered within the estimated time. The Delivery Partner has not picked up the order. The Seller has not accepted or canceled the order for reasons that are not your fault. Easy Doorstep Cancellation may be available. The Platform may update the reasons from time to time.

We can cancel your order for reasons like product unavailability or unexpected events outside our control. We may also cancel due to suspected fraud, violation of our Terms of Use, or logistical issues. You will not be charged if we cancel. We will refund any payments within 5-7 business days. You can see your refund status on the Order Details page.

Our return, cancellation, and refund rules may have more terms. We will share these with you through Platform notifications or other ways, as listed in these Terms or chosen by the Company.

Returns Policy

Sellers provide returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds. These options are available under the seller’s policy. Not all products have the same return rules. The product page’s return policy is what matters most. Check the item’s return policy on its page. Look for any exceptions to the general policy. The return policy has three parts. Read each section closely. You must understand when returns are allowed.
